- A new stablecoin pool called "3-Pool" is proposed.  
- It includes aUSDT, USDT (snowbridge), and USDC (snowbridge).  
- The pool helps swap Ethereum stablecoins on Hydration.  
- It sets up the pool with specific settings (A: 222, fee: 0.02%).  
- Liquidity is added with amounts for each stablecoin.

- The plan is to remove iBTC from the Omnipool.

- Over 13 weeks, the Treasury will add HDX to liquidity pools 39 times.  
- This will add about 155 million HDX to improve trading.  
- The goal is to make HDX liquidity equal to 5% of Omnipool liquidity.  
- This helps HDX be used as collateral and improves market confidence.
