After the launch of the WETH/ aETH 2-Pool (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/141), this proposal, if approved, will:

- remove all WETH LPs from Omnipool
- remove WETH as an asset from Omnipool
- Initiate a DCA from all Treasury WETH to GIGAETH over `~3` weeks

Trading WETH and therefore using it as a fast and low cost on/off-ramp to Polkadot from Ethereum mainnet will still continue after this proposal, thanks to our on-chain trade router.
