- They will also ask for a new vote to lower rewards for other farms and use leftover money from the stopped ones.
- One farm called HOLLAR will get more rewards to help move money from another farm that is stopping.

- We'll make it a little harder to borrow DOT by lowering a limit from 90% to 85%.
- We'll adjust the price of vDOT in a pool to encourage people to trade and help balance it.
