- The proposal suggests giving incentives to match 40% of the value of 1,000,000 DOT as part of the Polkadot Hydration Campaign.
- The quantity of HDX will be decided when the relevant Hydrated Farms are created during the 1-year campaign.

- The proposal will remove all USDT positions from the Omnipool.
- The proposal will create a new stableswap pool called `2-Pool-Stbl`.
- The new stableswap pool will have USDT and USDC tokens in it.
- The proposal will add liquidity to the new stableswap pool.
- The new stableswap pool shares will be added as a tradable asset in Omnipool.

LAUNCH NATIVE USDC/ USDT 2-POOL

HydraDX wants to transfer 60,000 DOT to a Pure Proxy on the Polkadot Relay Chain. This will ensure that the protocol has enough DOT to pay for Polkadot Coretime in the future. The HydraDX Council will stake these DOTs. Staking rewards will be distributed to a second Pure Proxy on Polkadot. These DOT are not being removed from the Omnipool. Referendum #43 approved 1.33M DAI to be diversified into DOT for the second parachain lease period. HydraDX recently secured a slot for 30,000 DOT and therefore these DOT are not currently allocated to a specific purpose.
