SubSquare has proposed some changes to the HydraDX network. Here's what they want to do:

- Take some money back from recent bond sales and give it back to the Treasury.
- Remove some DAI (MRL) LP from the Omnipool.
- Create two orders to trade DAI for other cryptocurrencies.
- Stop people from buying or selling DAI (MRL) [`18`] for a little while.
- Allow an upgrade to the HydraDX network.

- USDC from AssetHub has been registered on the HydraDX asset registry.
