These DOT are not being removed from the Omnipool and were recently secured for the second parachain lease period.

SubSquare is proposing to create a new stablecoin pool called 4-Pool. They will add USDT, DAI, and USDC to it. They will also add liquidity to the pool by adding 300,000 of each coin. The stableswap pool shares will be transferred to Omnipool and added as a tradeable asset. The initial price of the shares will be 42,829,670,683. The weight cap will be 20%.

- A proposal has been made to upgrade the runtime to release `v20.0.0`, runtime version `hydradx/183`.
- This upgrade includes Stableswap pallet, XYK pallet, and integrations for the launch of Stableswap.

- Create a new way for people to swap 10 WBTC (Wormhole Acala) for 9.975 WBTC (Wormhole Moonbeam) with a small extra cost
- Add some new liquidity to the Omnipool
- After these changes happen, people won't be able to trade or add liquidity for WBTC (Wormhole Acala) anymore, so they should take out their money if they have any in that asset.

It will also remove/destroy some positions that were withdrawn in a previous referendum but not fully cleared. 
The proposal is still being discussed, but responses so far have been in favor of the transition.
