#184·Register Darwinia RING. System remark to "Add RING to Omnipool"

After community discussion and seeing no opposition, we are proceeding with steps to add Darwinia RING to the Omnipool. If accepted, this proposal will:

• Register RING in the Hydra asset registry with the following attributes:
  • assetID: 31
  • symbol: RING
  • name: Darwinia Network RING
  • ED: 1
  • Decimals: 18
  • location: {parents: 1, X2: {Parachain: 2046, PalletInstance: 5} }
  • isSufficient: true
• Add a system.remark to Add RING as tradeable asset within the Omnipool & fast-track the respective addToken referenda

I have verified these settings with Chopsticks. After approval, Darwinia governance can transfer RING to the Hydration chain for initial deposit and listing.

As this is the 21st token added to the Omnipool and the 10th parachain token to be added, the Omnipool is becoming sufficiently diversified that we have discussed listing new tokens with a smaller % cap vs the overall Omnipool TVL. Previously each parachain token was added with a 5% cap. For the Darwinia RING token, I propose it be listed in the Omnipool with a smaller 2% cap, currently $562k.
