This proposal, if approved, will:

- remove all WBTC & iBTC LPs from the Omnipool
- update tradable state of both WBTC `19` and iBTC `11` to `0` (cannot trade, add liquidity or withdraw)
- remove WBTC & iBTC as tradable tokens from omnipool
- register stableswap asset `101` "2-Pool"
- create stableswap pool `101`
    - iBTC `11`
    - WBTC (MRL) `19`
    - A: `5`
    - fee: `0.04%`
- add liquidity to stableswap pool `101`
    - iBTC `26.9`
    - WBTC (MRL) `26.9`
- transfer stableswap pool shares to Omnipool
- add "2-Pool" stableswap pool shares as tradable asset in Omnipool
    - initial price `1,105,872,888,173,770`
    - LRNA price `37.29 USDT`
    - stableswap pool share price `41,238 USDT`
    - weight cap `20%`

- The proposal will make some changes to Omnipool.
- It will remove some tokens from Omnipool.
- It will create a new stableswap pool called "2-Pool".
- The new pool will have two tokens, iBTC and WBTC.
- The new pool shares will be added as a tradable asset in Omnipool.
