This proposal, if approved, will transfer `11,380` DOT from the protocol DOT staking rewards pure proxy on the Polkadot relay chain (https://polkadot.subscan.io/account/14kovW62mmGZBRvbNT1w5J7m9SQskd5JTRTLKZLpkpjmZBJ8) to the Hydration Treasury.

A potential use of these DOT could be for initial launch incentives for the 4x HOLLAR stablepools 👀
