As a general rule I vote nay for proposals submitted from non verified identities

No On-Chain Identity = NAY

For those that vote nay cause dont have ID on chain, the ID isn't mandatory for making a proposal in a permissionless system. The important thing is to check the call itself to make sure everything is correct.

And as support in this case, you can simply check if the user has made more proposals and what they were about. As you can see, mrq contributes to the technical aspects of proposals and protocol.

So i hope that more people check the call itself 😁 is more important that who create the referendum

Although the initiation of the referendum is unauthorized, a trustworthy identity is a good thing. Especially in my opinion, it only increases his personal time a little bit, but it will significantly reduce everyone's time. Additionally, it would be better to trace back any issues that arise later on.

Once again, it should be emphasized that this is not aimed at him personally, but in this case, using authenticated identity is a good thing. (Of course, some proposals may consider anonymity as more fair for various reasons.)
