This proposal, if approved, will transfer `39,990.71` GIGADOT from the GIGAHydration pure proxy to the Hydration Treasury. These farms were initially funded by the Hydration Treasury, missing the transfer from the pure proxy - resulting in the Hydration Treasury using almost `40K` of its own GIGADOT.
