How do I know which collator is active vs not active?

[@7Kbc...dEuN](7Kbcve7ykHVV9Mr7hnwoNvZ3dbqf3fYEFgx1XTCAvft2dEuN-hydradx) when you check the collator tab in polkadotjs/org https://polkadot.js.org/apps/?rpc=wss%3A%2F%2Fhydration.dotters.network#/collators you will see the "last block" on the right side for every collator. 
At the time of writing this comment D14 collator is still at 6,851,780 which is 6days ago https://hydration.subscan.io/block/6851780 

There is also a grafana dashboard with historic metrics that we can share upon request

The collator "d14 | PoolsOfEternity" ( 7KhGvAMD3rFkMLs64NGiKFqYFyGpZDeXyV77fzwWpFxfyFcE ) has been offline since 2025/01/27 13:00 CET.
That's more than 5 days at the time of filing the removal as this violated the 24hour max-downtime rule.
