Further to discussion #244 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/posts/244), this referendum proposes to transfer the full Treasury balance of CFG & KILT tokens to multisig 16RJh4z1eUHpC3ntre9H2noKGKxihkSqog9PBt9bRbAnj4RE controlled by ex-Council members lolmcshizz, Crane, Leemo, Jose & Giraffe along with the following instruction as an on-chain remark:
Instruct multisig 16RJh4z1eUHpC3ntre9H2noKGKxihkSqog9PBt9bRbAnj4RE to perform the migration of KILT & CFG tokens, utilising multisigs wherever possible. Once complete, the migrated tokens should be held on a multisig of the same signers on the relevant network until further instructions are received by the Hydration DAO
The discussion has not moved forward much, with only a few participants, meanwhile the deadline for both migrations is looming ever closer - I therefore propose that we get the full balances migrated ASAP, and then agree what to do with the migrated tokens.
