After successful execution of ref #139 (https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/139), which launched the LDO token for trading - this referendum will initiate a DCA for LDO from USDT.
Schedule
100,000 USDT over ~3 weeks, with a 16.53 USDT trade every ~5 minutes.
This action will complete the previously approved diversification into additional assets creating new markets of highly liquid tokens on Hydration. Once the DCA has finalised, the accrued LDO will be added to the Omnipool as additional liquidity.
