This proposal, if approved, will transfer `22,488.39` GDOT from the GIGAHydration pure proxy to the Hydration Treasury - this is a refill after the launch of TRAC & SOL (ref ongoing) farms transferred funds directly from the Treasury instead of the pure proxy holding the incentives.
