This proposal, if approved, will launch GIGAHydration incentives for TRAC - up to 69% APR paid in GIGADOT.
These farms will distribute 12,488.39 GIGADOT over ~2 months (to align with the rest of GIGAHydration which has been running for almost a month already).
These GIGADOT will be returned to the Hydration Treasury from the pure proxy holding the GIGAHydration incentives in a later referendum.
