HDX buyback with Treasury H2O - Tranche 8

This proposal, if approved, will create the following DCA schedule:

•     Swap 10,000 H2O for HDX
  

  •     2.222 H2O per trade
    

  •     every 44 blocks
    

•     1.5% slippage limit
  

•     9 max retries
  

•     estimated to last for ~14 days
  

As Tranche 7 https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/108 comes to an end in the coming days this proposal for a tranche 8 will keep the buybacks going. It is identical to the last two tranches (6 & 7). This supply of HDX being brought is needed in the future for reasons like adding liquidity to the omnipool position and staking incentives etc.

Ref118 https://hydration.subsquare.io/referenda/118 added another 10,260 H2O meaning we now currently we have 19,360 H2O in the treasury. There is one more WETH position to be removed in the future which will add more. This means at some point there will be a Tranche 9 consisting of 10k H2O and ref187 https://hydration.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/187 still to come.
