Following the positive community feedback on the discussion to list track in the Omnipool, this referendum, if approved, will instruct the Hydration Technical Committee to:

1. List TRAC in the Omnipool
2. LP the TRAC liquidity that will be sent to the Omnipool account
3. Transfer the resulting LP positions back to the sender of the liquidity
