Request for tips for some relevant contributions I made in the past months (October/November/December) within the Brazilian community.

Throughout this period, I also contributed to HydraDX through other activities, such as Twitter threads and user support on Telegram. However, the ones mentioned earlier were the most relevant. All these actions aim to expand the reach of HydraDX to users in different ecosystems, not limited to Polkadot users. The HydraDx Brazil community has been steadily growing, and our Telegram group already has 105 members with a great message flow.
I leave it to the council to determine the fair value :)
