Create the HydraDX/Basilisk Chinese Community in the Telegram/WeChat/QQ. At present, daily communication is mainly carried out in the WeChat group（蛇粉总群）. Translate official help announcements in time and publish them in the community. Answer questions from community members in time. Organize and host a monthly/quarterly text AMA. Organize a team of community volunteers to complete translation tasks in time.
