After the recent discussion #124 - Parachain slot renewal - a Pure Proxy has been set up on the Polkadot Relay Chain with address: 13RSNAx31mcP5H5KYf12cP5YChq6JeD8Hi64twhhxKtHqBkg.
A 2/6 multisig was created with address: 16chKQ1RP5KcorA1kSdgmptDKtZSkxcw9TQ3gkJW3vuphVRX with the following Council members as signers:

- mrq
- lolmcshizz
- Leemo
- Jose Crypto
- Dakauaiguy
This multisig is assigned as AUCTION PROXY to the Pure Proxy, with Parachain 2034 (HydraDX) as ANY PROXY - this means that the multisig will be able to bid on parachain auctions using the funds in the Pure Proxy, but only HydraDX governance can move the funds.
This proposal, if approved, will transfer 100,000 DOT from the HydraDX Treasury to the Pure Proxy address 13RSNAx31mcP5H5KYf12cP5YChq6JeD8Hi64twhhxKtHqBkg.
