This proposal follows previous [discussion #106](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/posts/106) and successful execution of [referendum #81](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/81) - and will, if approved:

- **register stableswap asset 100 “4-Pool”**
- **create stableswap pool 100**
    - USDT (native)
    - USDT (MRL)
    - DAI (MRL)
    - USDC (MRL)
    - A: `320`
    - fee: `0.04%`
- **add liquidity to stableswap pool 100**
    - USDT (native) 300,000
    - USDT (MRL) 300,000
    - DAI (MRL) 300,000
    - USDC (MRL) 300,000
- Transfer stableswap pool shares to Omnipool
- **add 4-Pool stableswap pool shares as tradeable asset in Omnipool**
    - initial price `42,829,670,683`
    - LRNA price `23.3483 DAI`
    - Stableswap pool share price `1 DAI`
    - Weight cap `20%`

SubSquare is proposing to create a new stablecoin pool called 4-Pool. They will add USDT, DAI, and USDC to it. They will also add liquidity to the pool by adding 300,000 of each coin. The stableswap pool shares will be transferred to Omnipool and added as a tradeable asset. The initial price of the shares will be 42,829,670,683. The weight cap will be 20%.
