This proposal, if approved, will return approximately ~ `3` WETH to `4` accounts from `5` failed transfers to Moonbeam using our cross-chain UI. The failed transactions can be found here: https://hydration.subscan.io/xcm_transfer?page=1&time_dimension=date&result=failed&fromChain=2034&toChain=2004.

The impacted accounts are:

- A proposal was made to return some cryptocurrency to four accounts.
- Five transfers to Moonbeam using a cross-chain UI failed.
- The impacted accounts are listed in the post.
- This is a similar issue to one that was recently resolved through Moonbeam governance.
- The proposal aims to fix a missed config in the UI that caused the failed transfers.
