#232·Withdraw treasury DOT and 2-Pool LP positions

This proposal, if approved, will on behalf on the treasury:

• Withdraw completely USDC/USDT 2-Pool LP position 6336 from Omnipool (currently ~4.14M 2-Pool shares and 8100 H2O - combined value of ~$4.4M)
• Withdraw completely DOT LP position 3128 from Omnipool (currently ~102K DOT valued at ~$608K)
• Withdraw 470,000 shares from USDC/ USDT 2-Pool in equal amounts of USDT & USDC

This will allow the use of 100,000 DOT, 222,222 USDC and 222,222 USDT as seeding supply into the Money Market, and paves the way for further stablecoin liquidity restructuring to follow with the launch of HOLLAR PSM.

Any H2O received from withdrawal of this liquidity should be used to buyback HDX via DCA through a subsequent referendum.
