#170·Send 1M DOT to Bifrost and mint vDOT

This proposal, if approved, will:

• Transfer 1,000,000 DOT from the Hydration Treasury to Bifrost
• Mint the equivalent of 1,000,000 DOT of vDOT
• Transfer the vDOT back to the Hydration Treasury
