#147·DCA 280,000 USDT to DOT

This proposal, if approved, will create a new DCA schedule to swap 280,000 USDT for DOT, with the following parameters:

• 10 block interval, 1% slippage limit, max 9 retries, 50.80 USDT per trade

This will finalise the 3.33M stablecoin diversification into DOT approved through referendum #43 - POL Diversification and Deployment (Q2+ 2023).
