- remove all USDT `[10]` positions from the Omnipool
- update tradable state of USDT `[10]` to `0` and remove token from Omnipool
- register stableswap asset `102` - `2-Pool-Stbl`
- create stableswap pool `102`
    - USDT `[10]`
    - USDC `[22]`
    - A: `100`
    - Fee: `0.04%`
- add liquidity to stableswap pool `102`
    - USDT `[10]` - `2,189,000`
    - USDC `[22]` - `2,189,000`
- transfer stableswap pool shares to Omnipool
- add stableswap pool shares as tradable asset in Omnipool
    - initial price `25,926,886,181`
    - LRNA price `38.57` USDT
    - stableswap pool share price `1` USDT
    - weight cap `30%`

- The proposal will remove all USDT positions from the Omnipool.
- The proposal will create a new stableswap pool called `2-Pool-Stbl`.
- The new stableswap pool will have USDT and USDC tokens in it.
- The proposal will add liquidity to the new stableswap pool.
- The new stableswap pool shares will be added as a tradable asset in Omnipool.
