#75·Accept Moonbeam HRMP & on-chain remark

This referendum, if approved, will:

• Accept HRMP channel open request from Moonbeam
• Add the following on-chain remark: Add GLMR as tradeable asset within the Omnipool & fast-track the respective addToken referendum
