specifically "Withdraw all POL DOT positions from Omnipool due to significant liquidity depth - with 50% to be staked and 50% to be deposited into the Hydration Money Market"

After approval of [referendum #171](https://hydration.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/171), this proposal, if approved, will:

- remove Omnipool position `2647` (originally `105,000` DOT)
- transfer `105,300` DOT to the Hydration staking account on Polkadot Relay Chain `13RSNAx31mcP5H5KYf12cP5YChq6JeD8Hi64twhhxKtHqBkg`

These DOT will then be staked using the Council-controlled staking proxy.
