#206·Create BNC farm rewarding vASTR

This proposal, if approved, creates a global farm with the following parameters:

• Distributing 22,022 BNC
• Over 1,314,000 periods
• Owned by the Bifrost Foundation account 7Ke3xoR62Lxwneq4jjgTLirDqg4E1x3QaZFReq7SGFDGKF2n

Once live, the Bifrost Foundation will then create a vASTR Yield Farm to distribute these rewards. This will target ~ 1% APR on $1,500,000 of vASTR liquidity.
