#168·Move DOT to HydraDX Treasury & LP

This proposal, if approved, will:

• withdraw 1,999,999.9999999999 DOT from the HydraDX Sovereign account on the Polkadot Relay onto HydraDX and deposit in the Treasury
• create an Omnipool LP of 1,000,000 DOT
