Following [this discussion](https://hydradx.subsquare.io/posts/165), this proposal, if approved, will place the following on-chain remark:

`Approve the deployment of HDX incentives to match 40% of the value of 1,000,000 DOT as part of the Polkadot Hydration Campaign - quantity of HDX will be determined at the time of creation of relevant Hydrated Farms throughout the 1 year campaign`

At DOT price of `10.39` and HDX price of `0.024`, the equivalent quantity of HDX to match 40% of `1,000,000` DOT would be ~ `173,000,000` HDX over the course of 1 year. [HDX tokenomics](https://docs.hydradx.io/tokenomics) state that `1,795,662,772` HDX are available for such "growth" purposes.

- The proposal suggests giving incentives to match 40% of the value of 1,000,000 DOT as part of the Polkadot Hydration Campaign.
- The quantity of HDX will be decided when the relevant Hydrated Farms are created during the 1-year campaign.
- The equivalent quantity of HDX to match 40% of 1,000,000 DOT would be around 173,000,000 HDX.
- HDX tokenomics state that 1,795,662,772 HDX are available for growth purposes.
- The proposal aims to encourage growth and development within the Polkadot Hydration Campaign.
